VEGETABLE BROTH WINIARY

Winiary Vegetable Broth – 160 g (jar)

Ingredients: Vegetable stock base 69.6% (water, salt, yeast extract, vegetables 6.2% (carrot, onion, leek, garlic, CELERY ROOT), sunflower oil, corn starch, concentrated lemon juice, sea salt), water, sugar, corn starch, flavorings (with WHEAT, CELERY), turmeric.
May contain: MILK.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.

Usage: Prepare 1 liter of broth by dissolving 3 tablespoons (approx. 45 g) of the product in 1 liter of boiling water. Stir and bring to the boil again. Suitable as a base for soups, sauces and stews. A 160 g jar is enough for approx. 3.5 liters of broth.

Nutritional content per 100 ml prepared broth: Energy 18 kJ / 4 kcal, fat 0.1 g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.0 g, carbohydrate 0.6 g, of which sugars 0.4 g, protein 0.2 g, salt 0.77 g.
