A delicious and quick dessert with intense cranberry flavor, enriched with fruit juice and vitamin C.

Ingredients:
Potato starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), black carrot concentrate, 0.2% concentrated cranberry juice in powder form, flavouring, vitamin C, salt, colouring (curcumin).

Preparation:

1. Pour ½ liter of cold water into a saucepan and remove ½ glass.

2. Mix the contents of the bag with the separated water and stir well.

3. Bring the rest of the water to a boil, add 3 tablespoons of sugar (approx. 45 g).

4. Pour the dissolved silica gel into the boiling water while stirring.

5. Cook for a moment, stirring constantly, until the custard thickens.

6. Pour the custard into serving bowls rinsed with cold water, and let it cool before serving.
