Ingredients:
Sugar, potato starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavor, concentrated blueberry juice powder (0.2%), vitamin C, salt, colorants: carmine, brilliant blue FCF.

Preparation:

1. Pour 0.5 liters of cold water into a pot.

2. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar (about 45 g) and bring to a boil.

3. Dissolve the contents of the packet in a cup of cold water.

4. When the water boils, remove the pot from the heat and add the dissolved kisiel while stirring constantly.

5. Briefly boil while stirring until the texture is smooth.

6. Pour the kisiel into serving bowls and let it cool.
