Ingredients:
Sugar, potato starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, aroma, concentrated blueberry juice powder (0.2%), vitamin C, salt, dyes: carmine, brilliant blue FCF.

Preparation:

1. Pour 0.5 liters of cold water into a saucepan.

2. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar (about 45 g) and bring to a boil.

3. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a cup of cold water.

4. When the water boils, remove the pot from the heat and add the dissolved silica gel, stirring constantly.

5. Cook briefly, stirring, until the consistency is smooth.

6. Pour the custard into serving bowls and let it cool.
