Big-Active Zioła Mnicha "Na oczyszczanie" is a herbal tea composed of carefully selected ingredients that are traditionally used to support the body's natural cleansing processes. The tea blend contains, among other things, dandelion root, nettle leaves and yarrow, which help to promote kidney function and eliminate excess fluid and waste products from the body.

🌿 Ingredients

• Green tea (35%)

• Dandelion root with herb (20%)

• Nettle leaves (13%)

• Peppermint leaves

• Yarrow (10%)

• Chamomile flowers

• Lemon balm leaves

🍵 Preparation and Use

1. Place a tea bag in a cup (200 ml).

2. Pour boiling water over.

3. Let the tea steep under a lid for 5-10 minutes.

4. Drink the tea 3 times daily, preferably after meals.

To achieve the desired effect, it is recommended to consume 3 cups daily.
