BIG-ACTIVE EXP MONK'S HERBS FOR CLEANSING TEA

Big-Active Zioła Mnicha "Na oczyszczanie" is an herbal tea composed of carefully selected ingredients traditionally used to support the body's natural cleansing processes. The tea blend contains, among other things, dandelion root, nettle leaves, and yarrow herb, which help promote kidney function and eliminate excess fluid and waste products from the body.

🌿 Ingredients

• Green tea (35%)

• Dandelion root with herb (20%)

• Nettle leaves (13%)

• Peppermint leaves

• Yarrow herb (10%)

• Chamomile flowers

• Lemon balm leaves

🍵 Preparation and Use

1. Place a tea bag in a cup (200 ml).

2. Pour boiling water over.

3. Let the tea steep under a lid for 5-10 minutes.

4. Drink the tea 3 times a day, preferably after meals.

To achieve the desired effect, it is recommended to drink 3 cups daily.
