A classic fruit jelly with intense strawberry flavor and 50% less sugar than traditional jellies. Perfect as a light dessert or as a topping for cakes and fresh fruits.

Ingredients:
Sugar, pork gelatin, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavorings, plant concentrates (carrot, hibiscus, safflower), maltodextrin.

Preparation:
Pour 500 ml of boiling water into a bowl. Add the contents of the packet while stirring until completely dissolved. Pour the finished jelly into serving bowls and let it set in the refrigerator. For a firmer consistency, use 400 ml of water. Note that fresh kiwi and pineapple pieces can prevent the jelly from setting.
