🌿 Manufacturing process

The cider is produced in the Lublin region using a single apple variety – Antonówka – which is known for its tart taste and intense aroma. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and the cider is aged for a minimum of 3 months. It is naturally cloudy and unfiltered, which preserves its authentic taste and aroma. The product is pasteurized and does not contain gluten, but does contain sulphites.
